Meet Jen
Jen spent thirteen years working at LexisNexis, the leading global provider of legal, regulatory and business information and analytics.
Jen understands identifying and maximizing an individual’s skill set to create successful outcomes. Jen has guided friends, colleagues, and clients to professional success.
Jen has served as a board member for —Fairfield Preparatory School and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. Currently, she is a member of the President's Advisory Council of Villanova Unversity and a board member of the Fairfield University Murphy Center for Ignatian Spirituality.

Meet Jim
Since the spirit of the individual is at the heart of both the personal and corporate transaction, Jim, with his vast array of contacts and access to capable consultants and service providers, assists his clients through rewarding transitions that, upon reflection, didn’t seem possible at the outset.
After graduating from Bucknell University, Jim began his career in the steel industry working for a fully integrated U.S. steel mill. Shortly after establishing a corporate presence in New England, he was called to a new experience on wall street which involved quantitative analysis and research, all the while pursuing studies in international finance, philosophy, psychology, sociology, and eventually earning his MBA.
Steeped in computer aided scientific research, he partnered with like minded individuals and grew his company to a size and stature which enabled him to merge with a suitable financial institution to continue the business mission, which lead to his decision to liquidate his holdings and pursue his passion; helping others to secure their own sense of purpose and mission.
Jim has been career coaching for the past 30 years in his role as COO (and head of HR) and is a “mindfulness” student and life learner.
